At Hello Toys, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is required to process any damage or wrong item claim. The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside. Claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.
The product must be unused, in original packaging and with all accessories included.
After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back depending on service availability in your area. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement product is not available. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to your provided bank account or UPI details.
We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen display
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Missing original packaging or accessories
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
